 Instead of thumbnails I see only a link. If I try to generate the thumbnail directly with the following URL

[link] www.mydomain/e107/e107_plugins/sgallery/includes/ sgal_thumb.php?src=../pics/9xciek2ksbkg/ dsc1690.jpg+q=80+wp=90+wl=120+hp=120+hl=90+iar=0+b g=FFFFFF+hash=10ef276f0c6f6a7c4a2fb6774f570243

I got this error:

phpThumb() v1.7.8-200709161750

Headers already sent (sgal_thumb.php line 458)

I can find the generated thumbnail in the cache directory.
