Hey!
-Is it possible to make "dropdown" buttons with links on, in a theme?

What i want to, is:
1. You hold your mouse over a link (top at the page)
2. Some more buttons(with links) appear, "Dropdown"-menu.
3. You can click on the links who appear in the dropdown menu/button

Is this possible.
And how can i do it?
