 I successfully installed Lightbox and Corllette Gallery. I managed to upload a picture and have it work properly. The problem is whenever a member tries to upload a picture it returns

File too large - file has been delete..

File has be successfully uploaded...

The picture I upload properly resized itself and displays wonderfully, and a picture of similar file size and dimensions. And it deletes the file.

 Check you "User's Albums" Preferences in Plugins/Corllete Lab Gallery/User'sAlbums. There are some options to allow a bigger file size

 I ran into another issue unfortunately. I recently installed Itemstats http://itemstats.free.fr/news.php for my website and it too worked just perfect. But whenever anyone tried to view the forums it returned a Fatal Error.

So is there a bit of code I can man-handle to get these to play together? My members are a real fan of itemstats but I love the way Gallery and Lightbox work together.

 it seems your sgallery/e_meta.php is not loaded, respective sgalbbcode() used in the thumb BBcode is not defined. Go to administration / Database / Scan Plugin directories and check the status of sgallery/e_meta.php
