When i uploaded a picture in a useralbum on the front-end i got this fault.
I use the latest cvs version from e107 0.7.8 with the gallery 1.1.2

The server has php5.2.1

Try CL Gallery with e107 v0.78 stable. It's highly possible something in your cvs e107 release to be broken.
/hrcmb3s3ez48/ Binary 5/arrow20.gif is not valid path. It should be /hrcmb3s3ez48/arrow20.gif
You can maybe also check your upload storage method (should be flat file not database)
