I'm not sure that you're using the latest release of this theme. Have you downloaded this theme from our download area or from another e107 related site. I've just tested the release from our download area and is working perfect.

Thanks for the help - I've redownlaoded and install direct from here. I downloaded it a few weeks ago and really can't remember where I got it from - I thought it was from here but maybe not then - The file header from theme.php is below - wished I'd looked closer and seen the version number!
