 Ok, I've no idea where in the theme.php to put the shortcode to get feature box to work, nor do I have any idea how to make it autoscroll once i do.

I need this working and would really appreciate some help. I'm using fs08 (great theme by the way). If you lads can help me make this work properly, I'll post an ad for your site on my site @ cmstester.com

 Download theme fs_15 and see how it's done there. It's a bit outdated so if you don't get the whole picture come back and ask again.
