 Is there something additionally that I need to do to get this working after loading the Lightbox? I can get the lightbox to work in the forum and in comments area, but it does not work with sgallery yet.

What do I need to do to get them to work together?

 If you are using CL Gallery v2.06 please read the description of the plugin. Lightbox support is dropped, use Lightview widget instead.
