Greetings, I've purchased this Theme and was wondering if there was a plugin simliar to the popular "Survey" that fits in this theme for multiple lines used for a contact form.

When I tried using Survey it didn't fit in the main window sized provided by the theme, so if there's another plugin that allows me to do the same thing or close that fits with this theme and you are aware of what it is, could you please let me know? Or if there's some way to manipulate Survey itself for this purpose.

If Survey plugin is a good one, it should provide you templates (overridden by current theme). Than you just need to edit the template(s) to fit your theme layout.

You could search for plugins on plugins.e107.org and e107coders.org
