Hi!

I just got the serpent theme and am now trying to implent it on my web. Really beautyful work you have made here. However - I have problems with the top "slideshow" animation:

- My show starts with a white picture and then blends over to pic1 in my folder. Why does it not start with pic1?

- When I keep your non-animated top picture there is a soft frame around the picture, just as in your demos. If I replace the fixed image with my own the frame is gone. How come?

- I would really like to configure the show to present (fade in) just ONE of the pics and then stop the animation. Either a random pic or a fixed one. Now, the only option is to turn off the animation completely, correct? Is it possible for you to include this or other options in the animation??
