I think there may be a bug in the sitelinks. If I set a sitelink to open in a 800x600 window or 600x400 mini window, the page opens up in the same window. If I change the theme (I tried a couple core themes, the sitelink works properly. Any ideas?

Hi this is not a bug. The sitelinks are rendered with custom shortcode (not the core shotcode for sitelinks) and some of the features are not supported. I plan to rewrite and optimize this code to support link image and new window with dimensions. Sorry for this inconvenience .
