Very excited about this lightbox plugin :)

We are running E107 V7.11 and have AutoGallery as the image plugin. I have lightbox V1.4 working on the site... the strange thing that I am encountering and have thus yet been able to figure out is this slight problem.

We have a Weather Channel menu on the main page on the right, it is a script that was generated by them for those that want to have the weather on their website.

In the lightbox plugin manager Enable/Disable Lightbox effect sitewide (disabled - Library mode) and it is enabled, the weather image/menu shows up properly, (and when is enabled the images in the gallery will not do the lightbox when they are viewed.)

When its disabled in this admin panel the weather channel menu does not appear, only a black square appears. The stranger thing is when you go into the image gallery lets say while its disabled, and click on an image, it will lighbox the image, and suddenly you will see the weather menu appear transparently behind the image on the page, when you close the image, the weather menu is there... but when you navigate away from the page you are on to another on the site, it disappears again to being just a black box. Has anyone seen this before and can anyone offer any help?
