After your subscription expires, you may continue to use the premium content your licenses allow for, so the premium contents are not time-limited. The Developer level clubs grants unlimited implementations of TheBOX premium contents as long as the usage complies with the rest of the Terms & Conditions. MODIFICATIONSYou are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may not however redistribute or release and modifications as GPL or otherwise. You may however remove the copyright from the footer of Free-Source templates if needed. Porting to other platforms and content management systems and redistributing as GPL or otherwise is also strictly prohibited. Please contact us us if you have any requirements that are not covered by these terms. INSTALLATIONSWe do not install any of our products which require this (e107 CMS themes etc.). Installation is a paid service which is not included in the subcription price. UNAUTHORIZED USEYou may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from Free-Source. Please contact us if you require more clarification. ASSIGNABILITYYou may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license or Free-Source membership to anyone else without prior written consent from Free-Source. OWNERSHIPYou may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Free-Source. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. UPDATESAll templates are always designed for the latest version of e107 CMS, but we can give no guarantee, that the templates will run with future versions of these CMS's. Members may use the forums to address any issues related to software versions. DELIVERYAfter we have successfully received your payment, your TheBox subscription instructions and activation code will be emailed to your primary payment email address you provided during the payment process. This may take up to 1 hour but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through this website. Upon logging in with the provided credentials, TheBOX members will have instant access to all premium content and special forum sections. During the subscription term, full access will be provided to the premium content. After subscription has expired, download access is removed, and forum access is limited, license rights continue however. OUR REFUND POLICYSince Free-Source.net is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the membership is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering at our site. Please make sure that you've carefully read "Overview" and "Extended Details" sections of each product. WARRANTYFree-Source does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components as there is currently no certification process for such components. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server(http://free-source.net/demo/TEMPLATENAME). Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that Free-Source templates will work with all browser combinations. SUPPORTFree-Source offers these templates and designs "as is", with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and modules. Further, we offer Ticket Support for installation, customization, administration of CMS etc. The Ticket Support Centre is available Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 19:00 EEST. We'll respond on your offline messages and emails within 24 hours. Club member's forum is available to Free-Source.net club members. Public forums are available to Free-Source.net registered members. Free-Source does not commit to monitor these forums, but we reserve the right to respond and answer questions.
